maiden was a band that when introduced to me in whatever the year of the
80's it was, was like "where the hell have you been"
I like Dianno stuff best myself, but that is a theme for me and many bands,
Hawkwind aside
I seemed to discover Hawkwind, Metallica, and Motorhead all on the same day,
and I did my first and only backflip at the 1985 "ride the lightning"
show...I am very proud of that backflip, not to mention the clever lie to
the police who pulled me over speeding away from the show......
I used to have people falling down the stairs beerbottles in tow, to the
tune of "kill 'em all", going 24-7, every day of the week, security 3 times
a night until the police finale, boy was I nice guy to live in apartments
with
they called me insane for liking this unknown metaliica.......
