BOC: subtle reference in tonight's Simpsons episode

Here's why it's subtle:

Otto the busdriver is in a model shop and buy a lot of glue. The proprietor
is curious why he would need so much giue, since he never buys a model kit.
 So Otto covers by asking for several vehicles, including everyone's
favorite - the ME 262. He does not call it the prince of turbojet, sadly.

Also, I accidentally deleted an email Martin Popoff's bulk mail list sent
out about the updated BOC book -- does anyone know what it was sayin'?
