I have a cousin who is a police sergeant.  Does this new law mean that  
when I take family snaps in the future I'll have to ask him to step  
outside the frame so as not to put me in legal jeopardy?

I always knew "the law is an ass," but do they have to make it so  
obvious with laws like this?
