Ah, thanks for that!  Mike Nesmith rules.  I've long maintained a  
twisted plan to do a space-rock-blanga version of "Daily Nightly",  
but for good or for ill haven't ever gotten best slapping down a few  
bars of initial essays at it.  (I keep thinking about taking "Circle  
Sky", too -- which would turn into space-rock on its own easily  
enough -- but instead redoing it with the slower punctuated-power- 
chord-sledgehammer vibe of, say, Monster Magnet's "Dopes to  
Infinity" :)).
