Yeah,? I get your point about RFH expectations of guests. Think I'd like o follow your example here and just go with the flow, seems much easier option, what will be will be.

Looking forward to the gig actually, especially as i'll see them at beautiful days as well.

As for modern, I think Hawkwind were rather quite forward in 2001, certainly the tours around then were great, and i stand by this last winters tour as being the finest since that period.

anyhow, Trappist like - now your talking, A Chimey tonight will go down very well with the new Tinariwen Album...

Cheers
IF?

? Ah, but, what's modern Hawkwind? The best Hawkwind I ever saw was
in 2001 (though looking back I think everything I was experiencing that
year was heightened by a variety of factors). Is that still modern? It's
not 1972 Hawkwind but then I sometimes wonder whether anyone really
knows what that was like. It sounds like 2009 Hawkwind is pulling a few
stops out, new songs, long sets and so on. But any Hawkwind is better than
no Hawkwind. When I bitch it's because something else has got in the way
of there being more of it, or else that I'm cynically expecting something
to do so. The core of this reaction is a grumpy junkie denied his fix...?

? Arthur Brown! Graham Coxon! Just like in 2003! Damn, sorry. What I
mean is: I'll be happier not knowing who's playing than being told
something they can't, in the end, deliver, so I can appreciate silence on
this score.?

? Dammit, and here's us with our Trappist-like vow of silence eh?
