I failed to pay attention here though I seem to recall he was introduced in
a way by Rush and I saw him though cannot remember like most of them
With Trower I always cringed that he had the best singer in the world and
living up to James Dewar was impossible, however I have certainly been
enjoying some post-Dewar material lately
Something I was pushing then and now, is if you've not had a copy of the
last one with James - "back it up", this is my personal favorite one that I
always thought fell through the cracks, and while it may not be psychedelic
like the earlier efforts it is IMHO a masterpiece of the gods
Next, somebody else from the past that I did not pay much attention to but
was aware likely had earlier material of interest, and whom I wondered and
hoped had somehow carried onward, is Pat Travers
while he got smacked down from what he once achieved, I was happy to
discover he drudged ahead, and they even call them "hammerheads"......
