I heard Asia's live album from their reunion tour and Palmer's drumming sounded off. Sure he can do the fills but keeping the beat is really what it's about.

and keeps perfect time throughout the dizzying
solo.  Dislike ELP all ya want, but that guy
can flat-out bring it, or at least he could
