HW: Alan Davey Website

Hi Jonathan,
The blindness, it is hard to tell on line. A lot of people who talk to me
on the phone will often forget I can't see, and will start to ask me a
visual question. So many people in this modern day and age are so up tight
they may have questions about being blind, but they're to scared to ask, or
someone will ask if I watched, (embarrassed um, listened to a TV program.
I've been blind all my life, and I have no comprehension of light, shadows,
color, or the sky, but that's all right, at least I never had them and lost
all that. It would be interesting, for a day, probably quite overwhelming,
if the studies I've read are true about folks who have never seen getting
vision for the first time.
Well, now that I've managed to twist this thread way off topic, we can go
back to our topic which may still be in progress. I'm still reading last
night's mail.

Peace,

Mary
