 	I'm also rather pleased about this. There's been some excellent 
material on the tours and Dibs believes in the whole schtick passionately 
enough that I can see his input on the production process making it 
suitably out-there and grand, and hopefully sounding a little less 
Pro-Tools-in-a-barn than did TMtYL (which I still enjoy, I should say). as 
ever, the correct and fair test I think is "will this be better than 
_Electric Tepee_, and I could imagine that it might be.

 	I think Dibs has written quite a lot of songs that sound the same 
in his time :-) But the ones that I've seen him do with this version of HW 
do not. Also, I agree that Tim will be good for the sound, if he's not 
mixed out of it...

 	That is tempting. The only other Hawkwind double vinyl I own is 
_Text of Festival_, after all. Given how many other double LPs I seem to 
have picked up, that seems wrong. Yours,
