New HW album

I might be jumping to the wrong conclusion here but, the picture with that news item has a 
new guy I don't recognise and no Tim. Has there been a line-up change I hadn't heard 
about?

Have I missed an email? Or am I jumping the gun and Tim just couldn't be arsed to be there 
that day?

Either way, who's the new guy?
