Scheduled maintenance for Sat, 11/02/2002, 21:00-24:00

We will be doing some maintenance at the Telehouse POP on Saturday,
starting at 9PM and probably running through midnight.  During this
period some links will be down and some systems unreachable for
brief periods of time.

This is the completion of work begun last Thursday.
