Unexpected outage

At approximately noon, one of our routers at 25 Broadway
rebooted unexpectedly.  Customers that are not dual-homed
or dual-connected and whose primary path out runs through
25 Broadway experienced outages ranging in length from 5
to 10 minutes.

We apologize for the problem and will do everything in our
power to prevent any reoccurances.
