Emergency maintenance - Staten Island

During the afternoon today, ISPnet customers in Staten Island
suffered a brief interruption of service due to a unplanned
router reload caused by a cisco bug.

We have loaded the routers with a new version of the cisco IOS
and will reload one of the two main Staten Island routers some
time during a 1-hour window tonight, midnight to 1 AM, EDT,
Wed. June 6, 2007.

This maintenance should not affect any customers other than
those with equipment colocated in Staten Island. Customers
with dual-connections will probably not be affected at all.
Non dual-connected SI customers will see an interruption in
service lasting approximately 10 minutes some time during the
window.

We apologize for the short notice, but we want to do all we
can to prevent any future unplanned service interruptions.
