> overnight, starting midnight the night of August 2nd and
> lasting until 3AM, August 3rd.  (All times are local, EDT.)

> We will be upgrading software on routers and switches at the
> following POPs

> At some time within this window, single-homed customers with
> connectins to any of the above POPs will see a service
> interruption of up to 5-10 minutes when the router or switch
> to which they are connected is rebooted.

> Dual-homed customers with connections to any of the above
> POPs will see each of their ISPnet bgp sessions drop and
> then come back up approximately 10 minutes later.  This may
> be accompanied by a brief period of routing instability.

> All ISPnet customers will likely see some periods of routing
> instability and increased latency for some periods during
> the window.

> We will do our best to limit the impact of this work and
