ISPnet maintenance - Rescheduled (again) - now Wed-Thu, July 29-30

The maintenance originally scheduled for 7/16 and then
rescheduled for 7/23 has been rescheduled again, this time
for 12:01 AM on Thursday, July 30.

We apologize for the ongoing confusion, but Verizon has been
having significant problems getting ready for this work.
Yesterday, we had a "pre-test" scheduled with Verizon, to
make sure that all the facilities needed for the maintenance
would be available, Unfortunately, the pre-test failed.

Worse, Verizon accidentally interrupted service on some of
our live circuits, which should have been unrelated to the
pre-test work. This caused an interruption in service for
up to an hour for customers who are not dual homed and for
whom we do not provide a low-cost backup path over dsl,
cable-modem or fios.

Due to inflexibilities within Verizon, the earliest that
they can reschedule the work will be next Thu. The plan is
that we'll complete a successful pre-test with Verizon at
least 48-hours prior to the rescheduled maintenance window.

I'm leaving the original posting quoted below, as all the
details are correct, modulo the change in dates.
