Brief ISPnet outage at 25 Broadway

Customers connected to ISPnet's 25 Broadway POP suffered a
brief interruption of service this afternoon.

Other customers suffered a brief period of routing
instability.

The problem occured due to an error in updating some
configurations as the last part of the cleanup steps
relating to last night's maintenance.

All routing has been restored and all customers should be
back at full functionality.
