[ispnet-announce] Emergency maintenance affecting ISPnet customers at Telehouse, 7 Teleport Drive, Staten Island, Tuesday, May 30, 2017

We will be performing an emergency reload of one of two ISPnet
redundant customer-aggregation switches at the Telehouse data
center at 7 Teleport Drive, Staten Island, NY.

The work is scheduled for a window starting at 06:45 AM Eastern,
today, 30-May-2017, and ending a half hour later.

Only those ISPnet customers with equipment located at that site
will be affected.

Most of these customers are dual-connected, with cross-connects
to both primary ISPnet custmoer-aggregation switches. 

If you are dual-connected, there will likely be only one very
brief period (less than a minute) during which you may experience
some packet loss at some time during the announced window.

If you are singly-connected to ISPnet, then your service may be
interrupted for up to 5 minutes.

We appologize in advance for the inconveniences this causes.

If you see problems outside this service window, please report
them immediately to ISPnet.
