> We will be upgrading one of ISPnet's core switching units at 85
> Tenth.  This switch is attached to DWDM channels on ISPnet's
> dark-fiber backbone.

> The redundant topology of our network should allow all user
> traffic to "route around" any single component, such as the
> switch we'll be replacing.

> However, there may be one or more periods of routing instability
> during which some customers will have temporary problems reaching
> some portions of the internet.

> The main purpose of the upgrade is to improve reliability and to
