well,i cant actually say that ive read the whole thing.i remember
reading the essay, but not the content.i made an effort at reading
this, got about three quarters thru it,
and tossed it in disgust.
that is probably why i cant remember the essay, that it got labeled and
canned.

most "good" fantasy at least has a smidgeon of credibility.moorcock
tends
to suggest things and seems to assume that his readers are stoned enough
to fill in the gaps,or to simply accept that 'a twist of the stone in my
magical ring will change forever reality, until i decide to twist it
again.'
to me,the moorcock masterpices are: (in no order)
warhound and worlds pain,
the first 5 elrics,
the first three corums,
hawkmoon (the originals,not count brass),
and behold the man- beware of this if any of you christians are offended
by fiction that is entirely blasphemous!
