Your gunna get a heap of flames from BOC-L mate .... but this is a
spam! It is impossible for a mail message to behave in the manner the
post suggests. The *only* way for it to happen in the manner
suggested if if the mail reader itself is the "virus", and the
message just triggers it ... a mail message is text - nothing else,
and a mail reader does NOT execute it!

You can, and should, ignore all such messages. You can get a virus
from email, but ONLY if you receive a message with an attached
program (ie something.exe), which you extract and run without first
checking it with a virus scanner!
