BOC in Denmark

Right!  Consider this Sat.'s gig.  Nobody knew about it til it
appeared in last week's paper.  Clearly, they book a lot of stuff on
the fly, and I doubt if the band itself knows about gigs sometimes.
In a recent chat, BD said that they were playing at Darien Lake in
June--no gig.  In the same chat, no mention of this Sat.'s gig, which
IS happening!  What the Fuck!?

My guess is that whomever hired them could provide a PA system as
well, for it seems like a real hassle to fly over, book gear, and
then play 2 shows.  Must be the group had equipment for the band to
use?
