HW: What's this song please?

I was listening to a tape of HW recorded 11/3/77 in Amsterdam and the
final track is called "Waiting for the Man". I can't recall off hand
which album this is on - even if it is on an album. The song sounds a
bit Rolling Stonesish in the vocals but the riff is pure Brock. Without
checking, I think the riff was virtually identical to Back on the
Streets. Anyone know anything more about this song please?
