BOC: Heaven Forbid in the UK

I noticed copies of Heaven Forbid displayed very prominently in the latest
rock titles alongside Snake Bite Love when I passed through the local HMV
store yesterday. Interesting to note that all copies of _HF_ had the inserts
reversed to display the er, voluptuous brunette instead of the proper cover.
I guess CMC must think us Brits would be offended. Bizarre. It was going for
ukp 12.99
