BOC: New Godzilla

I just spoke to a friend of mine who runs the G-Con conventions in the
U.S. and who knows the Japanese guys in the rubber suits and has personal
contacts in Toho.
According to him, Toho has yanked Tri-Star's rights to the Godzilla name,
effectively stopping the U.S. Godzillas in their tracks. Toho's "Godzilla
Millenium" is slated for Japanese release on December 13, 1999. Their
press release in Japan stated that their reason for pulling the Tri-Star
licensing was "to make up for the mistakes of the American Godzilla."
As with most of the Japanese-only Godzilla/Kaiju films, this one probably
won't be "officially" released in the U.S., though high-quality tapes can
be obtained from "importers," if you know where to locate such people.
My friend was unable to tell me, though, if any BOC music would be in the
new movie.
