Bootleg CD removal from Codex proposed

Hi there

I think it's also becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with bootlegs,
particularly when some only exist in quantities of a dozen.
It might be useful putting in the occasional significant one, those that
have hard to find material, such as Terra Mystica and so on, but in today's
society it would be very difficult to keep up. Maybe someone else could take
care of the bootlegs and maybe devote a web site to it in the same vain as
the Pink Floyd ROIO Database web site.
