     In this case "the car goes", I believe.  When I went to the
Uppsala Spring Ball a few years back I got a songbook from one
of the nations with about a zillion variants on this song.  I'm
pretty sure we ended up going through most of them in short order,
though my memory is a bit hazy on the matter ... :)
