Hi Carl, long time no hear (or is that 'read')
anyway, arent you taking the short view here?  I thought Metallica were an
offshoot of the Vandals who settled in the Sahara and had difficulty in
finding water.  Often they had to take reeds and push them well down into
the sand; thus Metallica sucks.
