That's the thing about freedom.  One group thinks they should be free to
DO it.   Another thinks they should be free OF it.

I say let the proprietors decide, and if the customers don't like it they
can
go to another place~

I will NOT go to a place that does not at least have a smoking AREA.  And
when I quit smoking for two years (I started back 5 years ago,) I boycotted
the same places.
