I've got QoD and LoD - and found TotH in my library some years ago...truly
awful books, and the artwork for LoD could be better (to put it mildly), but
I keep them for the HW value.

LoD is credited 'Michael Butterworth - initial script', 'Bob Walker - plot
hijack and artwork'.
