Hawkwind videos

Hi all

Anyone know the situation regarding the legalities of screening Hawkwind
bootleg videos?
I do volunteer work for Channel 31, a community access TV station in West
Australia. They show things of varying quality on there. They say they go
for quality, but they will show anything that they can really.
I was wondering if they might show these videos, & whether I would need to
get permission from the band, etc.?
