I have to say I entirely agree with Frank on this one.  The legal system
sees no subtleties or niceties of argument once a decision has been made
and if you are instructed to do something then that's it:

- nor all our piety nor wit shall lure it back to cancel half a line -
nor all our tears wash out a word of it

I suspect that is the reason behind this post but doubtless we shall
hear more in due course.
