In 'White Line Fever', Lemmy mentions that photographer Irene Theodorou
was, indeed, nicknamed "Motorcycle" after the Moby Grape song.

Yes, just received my copy today (amazon.co.uk is recommended for folks
living in the US - it took less than a week for my copy to get from England
to California - I ordered it last wednesday, it shipped on thursday, and I
received the delivery notice on tuesday).  Yes, it is a *great* read!
(AND, it has an index, which is *always* essential for rock bios.)
