HW: BBC CD

I've just dug out my copy of the HW BBC Live in Concert CD released on
Windsong & noticed that the CD itself has become slightly discoloured around
the edge. I have got a few other CDs with the same discolouration (mainly
Ozrics stuff) and one (Afterswish) eventually became unplayable. I'm sure
it's significant that all those CDS that have this were released in the
early 90's. The HW CD still plays OK, tho' (for the moment at least).

Has anyone else noticed this?
