HW: BBC CD

I've never noticed that with my HW Windsong CD or my Ozric Cds but will
check. However my Friday Rock Show CD has developed a hole through the
aluminium under the plastic that renders one track unplayable. I remember
hearing about this problem with some cheaper pressed CDs, caused I think by
impurities trapped under the plastic.
