HW: HawkToy and other stuff

Hi

For those of a playful disposition... I've just added something called
HawkToy to Starfarer's Hawkwind Page.  It's part of the Free Hawkwind
Downloads section of the site, and it should provide hours of harmless
amusement :-)

Other very recent additions, to suit all demeanours, are as follows:
