Well, I did point out in mid-April that Shatner is doing a cover of "Silver Machine" on his "Searching for Major Tom" album of space-themed covers coming out on Cleopatra Records...

(Though that cover will feature Wayne Kramer on guitar and Carmine Appice on drums.  Steve Hillage also appears on "Rocket Man" and the hardest working man in music, Warren Haynes, even appears on the album!)
