That's happened to quite a few people - apparently, the way around the problem is to download the tracks individually, one at a time (alternatively known as the Pain in the Arse method) - the guy who did it this way said "each song had a unique name, too, with the song title & show title", so I'm stumped as to how, when you download the lot, they can overwrite each other...
