>    o  Decreases in performance due to congestion over
>       fall-back paths.

>    o  Complete loss of service in the event of any
>       additional (unrelated) circuit or equipment
>       failure while we are operating without fallback.

> ISPnet will have staff on site for the duration of the work,
> and we will do our best to minimize impact on our customers.
