OK, I did my homework! On the 'Chronicle of the Black Sword' (studio)
version of "Horn of Destiny", the Glissando Guitar can be heard in the
4.45-5.35 portion of the track (just watch the counter on your CD player).
And on 'California Brainstorm', cue up track 5 (the one with "TV Suicide"
in it) and check out the 10.25-11.20 portion. Not very much Daevid
Allen-style Glissando, but some is there, nonetheless. There's more of the
sweeping-the-knife-up-and-down-the-fretboard technique in Brock's glissando
playing - that can be heard in more places on many Hawkwind live (and
studio) recordings.
