As far as I know the CD-ROM is not Hot Wacks but I intebd to order a couple
for CDS so maybe I will rememebr to let yuo know.
As to books on bootlegs, the best of them all has got to be the one yuo
mentioned Doug, also known as 'The Great White Wonders - A History of Rock
Bootlegs' which is such a great read (and I think I knew some of these
people too), published by Viking.
While I don;t have the time to collect boots at al these days (there's just
far too much great new music out there), and while I am trying to get rid of
my vinyl, I will no doubt keep the first few boot LP's I ever bought, way
back in '71/'72, including a wonderful Hendrix one on this clear orange
vinyl - ah, those were the days.
